Hometown Events is an online community discovery platform that allows users to browse, submit, promote, and manage listings for local events, sales, markets, fundraisers, and related community happenings. We provide tools for discovering and submitting listings. Except where expressly stated in writing, we are not the organizer, promoter, venue operator, ticket seller, vendor, employer, agent, or guarantor of events listed on the Platform.
2. Third-Party Submissions
Listings, descriptions, images, flyers, logos, and contact information are submitted by third-party users. While we may review listings before publication, review does not constitute verification of every factual statement, safety condition, legal compliance, or suitability of an event.
3. Information May Change
Event details may change without notice to Hometown Events. Dates, times, locations, prices, vendor availability, and program content may be updated by organizers after publication. Users should confirm current details directly with organizers before attending or participating.
4. Independent Verification Required
You are solely responsible for verifying event details, venue policies, admission requirements, accessibility, weather-related risks, and any other material factors before relying on listing information.

THE PLATFORM AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Hometown Events does not guarantee that any event will occur, that any minimum attendance will be achieved, or that featured or promoted listings will generate impressions, clicks, or participants.
7. No Guarantee of Sales or Business Results
We do not guarantee vendor sales, fundraising totals, sponsorship revenue, ticket sales, leads, or other commercial outcomes. Business and fundraising results depend on factors outside our control.
8. No Guarantee of Event Success
Listing on the Platform does not guarantee successful event execution, community engagement, media coverage, or favorable weather. Organizers remain responsible for planning, staffing, safety, and operational execution.
9. Third-Party Conduct
We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of organizers, vendors, attendees, venues, sponsors, or other third parties before, during, or after events listed on the Platform, except to the extent liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Links to third-party websites, social media pages, payment pages, or ticket platforms are provided for convenience. Hometown Events does not control and is not responsible for external content, transactions, or policies.
11. Limitation of Reliance
