Hometown Events ("Hometown Events") provides verified primary ticket sales for authorized organizers only. Ticket resale is not permitted on this platform.

All mandatory fees must be displayed before checkout. Organizers must publish refund and cancellation policies before ticket sales go live.

Organizer obligations

Complete organizer verification before selling tickets through Hometown Events.
Provide accurate event details, refund policy, and cancellation policy.
Upload authorization documents when required (venue agreement, permit, insurance, etc.).
Do not sell speculative tickets or tickets you are not authorized to sell.
Complete Stripe Connect onboarding before live payment capture is enabled.
